2. Inform The Diamond Shop of your flight details.
3. The Diamond Shop completes the tax free documents and sends them to you. The Diamond Shop then delivers your diamond ring to the appropriate airport’s collection agency.
4. Before you depart New Zealand, give your tax free documents to the collection agency at the airport and they will give you your ring.

“How is my diamond or jewellery shipped?”
In New Zealand your purchase is sent by Courier Post. The package will require a signature upon delivery. These requirements are for your security.
For overseas orders we send by Federal Express. Signature will be required upon delivery.
“How much does my shipping cost?”
In New Zealand your shipping is free.
For overseas orders your shipping cost will depend upon the country the goods are being shipped to.
“How does my unset diamond arrive?”
Your unset diamond is sent in a loose diamond holder known as a Temporary Setting. This holder can be placed on your lady’s finger when you propose. Please note, this Temporary Setting is merely to display the unset stone and is not intended to be worn. No liability will be accepted for the diamond if the loose diamond holder has been worn as a ring. Learn More.
“What is your returns policy?”
We offer a 30 day no cost return policy. To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original purchase condition and all original purchase documentation must be returned. The returns policy does not apply to overseas purchases.
